Insulated Glass
Insulated Glass Units (IGU) have two or more glass panes separated by Air or Argon gas filled cavity that is completely sealed offering superior thermal efficiency.
We have four fully automatic insulating glass lines with a production capacity of approx 1000m2 per day. we can produce both double glaze unit and triple glaze unit as per the client's performance requirements. We have proven records of supplying triple glaze unit as per Kuwait MEW Standards.
For the IGU, we are equipped with the following machines:
- Automatic Gas Filling (Argon) online
- Automatic Molecular Sieve Filling Machine
- Butyl Sealant Extruder Machine
- Automatic Spacer Bending Machine
- Automatic Insulating Sealant Line (Robot)
